10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....

Merit Fitness 725T TreadmillI have finally reached the 10lbs lost point.  FINALLY!   I would love to lose about 30 more.  I know I still have a long road ahead of me, but so far the road has been pretty smooth. I'm still looking for pointers to help in this weigh loss challenge. I walk/run on the treadmill, elliptical, some time the bike, and aerobics.  I have not gotten into the weights yet.  I am still very new to them and not really sure what to do.  Help me!   If you have any pointers, please share.
